How to make a Cafe Latte the old fashion way i.e. the way it is made in Italian homes?
Actually more exactly, how much espresso do I use. I am using a Moka Pot to make the espresso by the way.
Many of us Italians have caffelatte for breakfast. I usually pour about 3 teaspoons of coffee in my cup of milk to make caffelatte, but most people like it with more coffee. my dad, for example, pours 2 tablespoons. I guess it depends on how you like it. anyway, there has to be more milk than coffee, otherwise it becomes caffe' macchiato(=coffee with a little milk).
